Gordon Morrison


Gordon is Chairman of the Chaldean Group, which was established over 20 years ago to manage interests in Chaldean Estate, (a Hertfordshire farming and agriculture contracting enterprise), Property Investment and Development along with a diverse investment portfolio.

Sally Bond

Personal Assistant

Sally is PA to the Principal of the businesses and is responsible for diary management, organising events and meetings, making travel arrangements and other general admin duties. She is also Editor of the Estate’s quarterly newsletter.

Gordon Paice

Farm Manager Chaldean Estate LTD

Gordon is Farm Manager for Gilston Crop Management which is a joint venture in which Chaldean Estate forms a part. Gordon is responsible for all agricultural operations for the 5,500 acres that make up the land holdings of the joint venture. Gordon is also fully basis and facts qualified.

Jo Perrotton

Company Accountant Chaldean Properties LTD | Chaldean Estate LTD

Jo is responsible for all aspects of the companies’ accounting procedures from sales and purchase ledger through to the production of the management accounts.

Kate Rolph

Administrator/Accounts Assistant

Kate is the Administrator/Accounts Assistant, supporting the Company Accountant and the Property Manager. Also responsible for managing C-Logs, the firewood business.

Adam Gamsu

Development Director

Adam is an MSc-qualified Chartered Surveyor who is responsible for sourcing, assessing the viability and acquiring development opportunities, both on and off the Estate. The structure of the business enables quick decisions to be made, making Chaldean the ideal purchaser or JV partner for most development opportunities – with or without planning already in place.

Michael Pettifer

Investment Director

Michael is a Chartered Surveyor with global real estate experience as an investor, advisor, occupier and lender. He is responsible for the commercial portfolio and growth within the wider group.

Lindsey Paice

Social Media Administrator

Lindsey is responsible for developing the online presence of Chaldean Estate and its subsidiary businesses across social media platforms, keeping online communities up to date with news and activities to enhance the estate and build strong online relationships. She also looks after the social media platforms for Stort Valley Rotary.
