Gordon is Chairman of the Chaldean Group, which was established over 20 years ago to manage interests in Chaldean Estate, (a Hertfordshire farming and agriculture contracting enterprise), Property Investment and Development along with a diverse investment portfolio.

Sally is PA to the Principal of the businesses and is responsible for diary management, organising events and meetings, making travel arrangements and other general admin duties. She is also Editor of the Estate’s quarterly newsletter.

Jo is responsible for all aspects of the companies’ accounting procedures from sales and purchase ledger through to the production of the management accounts.

Kate is the Administrator/Accounts Assistant, supporting the Company Accountant and the Property Manager. Also responsible for managing C-Logs, the firewood business.

Adam is an MSc-qualified Chartered Surveyor who is responsible for sourcing, assessing the viability and acquiring development opportunities, both on and off the Estate. The structure of the business enables quick decisions to be made, making Chaldean the ideal purchaser or JV partner for most development opportunities – with or without planning already in place.

Michael is a Chartered Surveyor with global real estate experience as an investor, advisor, occupier and lender. He is responsible for the commercial portfolio and growth within the wider group.

Rita is working as a Property Manager. She is responsible for managing all aspect of the lettings of properties along with ensuring the necessary compliances are held, dealing with maintenance issues and the supervising of third-party contractors.

Alan is a Rural Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer. With experience across several UK estates he is responsible for the rural estate portfolio including farm, woodland, and diversification projects. He is particularly interested in new techniques to help improve the environment and mitigate climate change.
